Important Notes

  • Standard Check in time is 1400 or 1500 hrs. & Check out time for all hotels is 1200 noon. No matter the pickup time, even if late afternoon or evening, guests must Check-Out by 12.00 unless late check-out has previously been arranged, confirmed by hotel, and paid for in advance
  • Request for Late Checkout should be made directly at the hotel reception and is strictly at the discretion of the hotel
  • For a guaranteed late Check Out, additional charges are applicable. The guests may pay directly to Hotel

Travel Documents and Requirements

  • Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.
  • A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour.
  • Handwritten passport is not acceptable.

Payment Terms

100% Advance payment is required for international booking

100 % Advance of ticket amount and 50 % of package amount for FIT Trips Balance amount before 1 month prior to departure.

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of "VishwaVihar Pvt Ltd".
